本政策说明短剧圈（以下简称“本应用”）在测试版本和正式发布版本中如何处理信息。请在使用前阅读。实际使用的广告单元取决于您安装的版本；正式广告是否展示，还取决于 Google AdMob 的审核、可用性及您的隐私选择。

1. 本地保存的信息

用户可在“我的”页面清空历史和收藏，或卸载应用删除本地数据。

2. 在线目录、搜索和播放

浏览目录、搜索、读取详情及播放时，应用会向在线内容服务发送相应请求。请求可能包含搜索词、剧集标识、网络地址（如 IP 地址）、设备/系统及请求诊断信息。本应用集成第三方内容服务，以提供目录、详情和在线播放功能；这些服务及其运营者可能按其自身规则处理服务器日志和请求数据。我们无法代表这些第三方承诺其保存期限或处理方式。请勿在搜索框输入密码、联系方式等敏感信息。

重要：部分第三方内容服务的网络传输可能未加密，请勿通过本应用提交敏感信息。

3. 广告与第三方 SDK

本应用集成 Google Mobile Ads（AdMob）及 Google UMP。内部测试和封闭测试版本使用 Google 官方测试 App ID 与测试广告单元 ID；正式发布版本使用本应用的正式 AdMob App ID 和广告单元 ID。当前应用不展示横幅广告；在进入剧集、视频准备好后，可能展示插屏广告，关闭广告后继续播放。没有可用广告时，视频可直接播放。应用会在适用时先请求并展示 UMP 同意信息；仅在允许请求广告时初始化广告 SDK 或请求广告。Google Mobile Ads SDK 可能自动收集和分享 IP 地址（可能用于估算大致位置）、应用互动、诊断信息以及设备或账号标识符（包括可用时的广告 ID），用于广告、分析及防欺诈。Google 说明其 Mobile Ads SDK 收集的数据会通过 TLS 加密传输。本应用的其他网络服务可能具有不同的传输安全特征。

如果适用地区要求，用户可通过应用内的“广告隐私选项”入口管理相关选择；该入口仅在 Google UMP 判断需要显示时出现。我们会使适用的同意流程、Google Play 数据安全答案和广告声明与实际发布版本保持一致。请参阅 Google 隐私政策及 Google Mobile Ads SDK 数据披露。

除广告 SDK 可能用于分析的数据处理外，本应用目前没有另外集成独立的第三方分析 SDK。

4. 保存、安全与第三方

本地历史、收藏、设置和崩溃文件保留在设备上，直至用户清除、应用覆盖或卸载。在线内容服务可能依其政策保存请求日志。部分第三方内容服务的网络传输可能未加密，传输的机密性不能得到保证；请避免提交敏感信息。

本应用还依赖 Google Play 服务等 Android 平台组件。第三方服务的数据处理受其自身政策约束。

5. 儿童与用户选择

本应用并非专为儿童设计。应用运营者应根据实际内容、目标受众和发布地区完成年龄分级与儿童政策判断；如适用规则对儿童信息有特别要求，应在发布前落实相应保护措施。

用户可通过应用提供的清理功能管理本地历史和收藏；如需咨询或提出隐私请求，请使用下方联系方式。由于应用没有账号系统，卸载应用会删除其本地数据；第三方服务器日志（如有）需向相应服务运营者咨询。

6. 政策变更

应用的数据处理、内容服务或广告功能发生变化时，本政策将相应更新，并在发布相关版本前核对 Google Play 的数据安全和广告声明。

ShortDrama Circle Privacy Policy

This policy describes how ShortDrama Circle (the “App”) handles information in testing and production releases. The ad units used depend on the installed build. Whether production ads appear also depends on Google AdMob review, ad availability, and your privacy choices.

1. Information stored on your device

Playback history, favorites, playback position, playback speed, and auto-next settings are stored locally to provide resume playback and preferences. The App does not actively upload these records to its application server. Uncaught crash stack traces may be saved locally for troubleshooting and are not automatically uploaded. The App does not provide account registration or sign-in. You can clear history and favorites in the Profile page or uninstall the App to remove local data.

2. Online catalog, search, and playback

When you browse, search, view details, or play content, the App sends requests to online content services. Requests may include search terms, content identifiers, network information such as your IP address, device/OS details, and diagnostic data. The App integrates third-party content services to provide catalog, detail, and online playback features. Those services and their operators may process server logs and request data under their own practices. We cannot make commitments on behalf of those third parties. Do not enter passwords, contact details, or other sensitive information in search.

Important: transmissions to some third-party content services may be unencrypted. Do not submit sensitive information through the App.

3. Advertising and third-party SDKs

The App integrates Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) and Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP). Internal- and closed-testing builds use Google's test app and ad unit IDs; the production build uses this App's production AdMob app and ad unit IDs. The App currently does not show banner ads. It may show an interstitial after an episode is ready to play, and playback continues after the ad is closed. If no ad is available, playback can start directly. Where applicable, the App requests and presents UMP consent information first, and initializes the ads SDK or requests ads only when ad requests are allowed. The Google Mobile Ads SDK may automatically collect and share IP address (which may be used to estimate general location), app interactions, diagnostic information, and device or account identifiers (including the advertising ID when available) for advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention. Google states that data collected by the SDK is encrypted in transit using TLS. The App's other network services may have different transport security characteristics.

Where required, users can manage their choices through the in-app “Ad privacy options” entry, which appears only when Google UMP determines it is required. We will keep the applicable consent flow, Google Play Data safety answers, and advertising declarations aligned with the released build. Apart from analytics-related processing by the ads SDK, the App does not currently integrate a separate third-party analytics SDK.

4. Retention, security, and third parties

Local history, favorites, settings, and crash files remain on the device until cleared or the App is uninstalled. Online content services may retain request logs under their own policies. Transmissions to some third-party content services may be unencrypted, so confidentiality in transit cannot be guaranteed; avoid submitting sensitive information.

The App also relies on Android platform components such as Google Play services. Their data practices are governed by their respective policies.

5. Children and your choices

The App is not designed specifically for children. The operator must assess age ratings, intended audience, content, and applicable child-protection rules for each release region before publication.

You may clear local history and favorites in the App. For privacy questions or requests, contact us below. Because the App has no account system, uninstalling removes its local data. For any server logs held by third parties, contact the relevant service operator.

6. Changes

We will update this policy when data practices, content services, or advertising features change, and review the Google Play Data safety and advertising declarations before releasing the relevant build.
